Bookings & Payments All classes must be booked in advance via our official booking partner (Gymcatch) or approved apps. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation Policy We operate a strict cancellation policy to ensure fairness to all members.

Class Cancellations: You must cancel your booking at least 2hrs before the scheduled start time to receive a refund or credit.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 2hrs of the class start time will be charged the full class fee.

No Shows: Failure to attend a booked class without notice will result in the loss of the class credit.
